In a typical Access Bars session, you’ll start by taking off your shoes and comfortably lying down on the therapy table, fully dressed. I’ll initiate the process by opening your channels and then delicately touching specific points on your head.
As I touch these points, your brain waves will begin to slow down. This shift allows access to ingrained behavioral patterns, belief systems, and perspectives that have been with you since childhood or even from past lives. This change in brain wave activity facilitates the release of restrictive thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and emotions.

Can children and babies have their Bars done?
